    We have a smart casual dress code, which means that smart jeans and trainers are welcome – we don’t expect you to come dressed in black tie! Please don’t wear a football shirt, vest top, cap or hat.
  • Is there a good day of the week to visit?

    All of our casinos are open seven days a week, so you can visit any day. We have more visitors on weekends, so choose a Friday or Saturday if you’d like a busier atmosphere, and a weekday if you prefer things a little quieter.
  • Can I collect my winnings in cash?

    Yes. If you win at our casino, we will provide your winnings in cash, including for larger amounts.
  • Can I exchange my casino chips for cash?
